In the meantime, be prepared to email us a copy of one of the following documents.

1.       Business License
2.       Tax Identification Form

Dealer purchasing information:
- Minimum first Order Amount: $500
- Each Additional Minimum Order Amount: $250
- Any order of at least $1,000 will qualify for free freight (in the lower 48 States only)
- All orders must be pre-paid via credit card.
