The Shinra Folder Series is inspired by traditional Japanese design elements and embodies Mcusta's passion for precision craftsmanship and custom quality production. The Japanese concept of 森羅 (SHINRA) has the meaning of "Nature," "The Universe," or "All Creations." The elegant handle brings this concept to life with a design that nicely conforms to the hand and looks great.
Made in Seki, Japan, Mcusta combines modern technology with traditional Japanese craftsmanship to produce hand finished custom quality production knives. This knife measures 3.75" long closed and features a San Mai SPG2 powder steel blade and Ironwood handle. SPG2 is a Japanese powder metallurgy steel that is tougher and has better resistance to corrosion than S30V and its edge retention is comparable to S35VN.

Built like a fine piece of jewelry
The fit and finish of this knife is worth every penny. The super steel SPG2 Core holds a razor sharp edge forever after cutting a variety of everyday items. This superbly hand crafted knife made out of super steel is my main EDC and one of my top collectibles. No knife collector should go without this knife in their collection.
